DepositsA $15 or 25% deposit, whichever is higher, is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit is applied to your service total.
Rescheduling & cancellationsPlease reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit. Your deposit may be transferred once with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals & no-showsWe offer a 10-minute grace period. Later arrivals may need a shortened service or rescheduling. No-shows forfeit their deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
Service changesPlease request major changes, removals, extensions, or detailed nail art at least 24 hours ahead so we can reserve enough time.
Payments & artist cancellationsYour remaining balance is due at the appointment. If Ro NailCo needs to cancel, choose a full deposit refund or priority rescheduling.
